Upper Age Limits under BPSC Recruitment 2023:

As per BPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification the Age Limits (As On 01.08.2022) for the Un-Reserved Category Candidates should be as follows:

i) General Category Candidates should be Minimum 22 Years and must not Exceed 35 Years.

ii) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Communities has been enumerated in the BPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued for the purpose.

Essential Qualification under BPSC Recruitment:

The Candidate should have in possession Bachelor’s Degree in LL.B/Bachelor of Legal Laws  from the University duly accredited by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

Selection Criteria under BPSC Recruitment 2023:

Selection on Judicial Official Posts to be carried out through 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Competitive Examination 2023 shall consists of 03 Stages as briefly explained in the BPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Bihar Public Service Commission shall carry through the Selection Process comprising 03 Stages:

Stage 1: Preliminary Test comprising 02 Papers for 250 (100+150) Marks aimed at shortlisting the Candidates for the Main Examinations;

Stage 2: Main Examination consisting of 08 (05+03) Papers for 1050 (600 +450) Marks for shortlisting the Candidates for Viva-voce/Personality Test.

Stage 3: Viva-voce/Personality Test/Personal Interview for 100 Marks.

Final Selection for Judicial Officer Posts shall be based on the Merit determined by reckoning the Combined Marks obtained in the Main Examination and Viva voce.

Examination Fee for BPSC Recruitment 2023:

i) Un-Reserved Category Candidate: Rs.600 Plus Bank Charges

ii) Bihar State’s SC/ST Candidates: Rs.150 Plus Bank Charges

iii) Bihar State Resident Un-Reserved and Reserved Category Women: Rs.150 Plus Bank Charges

iv) Bihar State Resident Person with Benchmark Disability (more than 40% Disability): Rs150 Plus Bank Charges

v) General Merit Candidates and all other Communities from across India (other than Bihar State): Rs.600 Plus Bank Charges

vi) Reserved Community Candidates from all Parts other than Bihar State: Rs.600 Plus Bank Charges

According to the BPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification for 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Competitive Examination 2023, Online Recruitment Application Process involves submission of the Scanned Signatures, Photographs, Matriculation Certificate, and other Certificates relating to Academic and Professional Qualifications, etc., together with the Online Remittance Fee.
