EIL Recruitment 2023: Engineers India Limited (EIL) is a Navratna PSU and an engineering consultancy company that is currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated professionals to join its team. EIL is looking for qualified and experienced Hydro-Geology and Rock Engineering professionals to fill various positions.  As per EIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the company has vacancies for Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, and Deputy Manager positions in the HydroGeology and Rock Engineering disciplines. The minimum educational qualification required for these positions is a Master’s Degree in Applied Geology/Engineering Geology/Geology, with Hydrogeology/Ground Water as one of the subjects, or a Master’s Degree in Rock Mechanics/Rock Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering, with minimum 65% marks. The required post-qualification experience ranges from 4 to 16 years, depending on the position.  As per EIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the company offers a competitive pay scale, with a total CTC ranging from 22.54 lacs to 32.15 lacs per annum, depending on the position.

Age Limit for EIL Recruitment 2023:

As per EIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the age limits for the various positions are as follows:

  • Assistant General Manager: Upper age limit is 44 years.
  • Senior Manager (Positions B and D): Upper age limit is 40 years.
  • Manager (Positions C and E): Upper age limit is 36 years.
  • Deputy Manager: Upper age limit is 32 years.

Educational Qualification for EIL Recruitment 2023:

As per EIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Minimum Educational Qualification  are as given below:

A)  Assistant General Manager (Hydrogeology): Master’s Degree in Applied Geology/Engineering Geology/ Geology with minimum 60% marks and Hydrogeology/Ground Water as one of the subjects. Candidate should have graduated with Geology along with any two subjects of Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics.

B) Senior Manager (Hydrogeology):  Master’s Degree in Applied Geology/Engineering Geology/ Geology with minimum 65% marks and Hydrogeology/Ground Water as one of the subjects. Candidate should have graduated with Geology along with any two subjects of Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics.

C) Manager (Hydrogeology): Master’s Degree in Applied Geology/Engineering Geology/ Geology with minimum 65% marks and Hydrogeology/Ground Water as one of the subjects. Candidate should have graduated with Geology along with any two subjects of Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics.

D) Senior Manager (Rock Engineering): Master’s Degree in Rock Mechanics/Rock Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering with minimum 65% marks.

E) Manager (Rock Engineering):  Master’s Degree in Rock Mechanics/Rock Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering with minimum 65% marks.

F) Deputy Manager (Rock Engineering): Master’s Degree in Rock Mechanics/Rock Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering with minimum 65% marks.

Salary for EIL Recruitment 2023:

As per EIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the salary structure for selected candidates are as given:

Assistant General Manager Pay Scale (Rs.): 100000-260000/- Total CTC (approx.) p.a. in Rs (lacs): 32.15 lacs

Senior Manager Pay Scale (Rs.): 90000-240000/- Total CTC (approx.) p.a. in Rs (lacs): 28.96 lacs

Manager Pay Scale (Rs.): 80000-220000/- Total CTC (approx.) p.a. in Rs (lacs): 25.63 lacs

Deputy Manager Pay Scale (Rs.): 70000-200000/- Total CTC (approx.) p.a. in Rs (lacs): 22.54 lacs

Mode of Selection for EIL Recruitment 2023:

As per EIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the mode of selection for the position will be through an interview process, which may be conducted in Delhi or through video conferencing. The shortlisted candidates will be informed about the venue or mode of the interview separately.

STEP 4: Keep scanned copies of all the relevant documents and certificates ready for uploading during registration, including a passport size photograph, signature, all qualifying certificates and marksheets, experience certificates, disability certificate (if applicable), caste certificate (if applicable), and Adhaar Card.

STEP 5: Do not send the printout of the application form filled online. However, retain a copy of the printout of the application form for personal interviews (for interviews carried out through modes other than video conferencing) if shortlisted.
