THDC Recruitment 2023: THDC India Limited (THDCIL) has issued a notification inviting applications for the position of Executive Trainees in Human Resources (HR) and Public Relations (PR). As per THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the company is looking for candidates who are bright, dedicated, result-oriented, energetic, and dynamic, with good academic records. There are a total of 17 vacancies, with 15 for Executive Trainee (HR) and 2 for Executive Trainee (PR).
To be eligible for the position of Executive Trainee (HR), candidates must possess a full-time/regular MBA with specialization in Personnel Management, HRD, or HRM, with a minimum of 60% marks or a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management, IR, or Labour Welfare, with a minimum of 60% marks. Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years full-time post-graduate diploma in PM&IR or Labour Welfare, with a minimum of 60% marks, or a Master’s in Social Work or MHROD from a recognized university/institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority is also accepted. As per THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the upper age limit for both positions is 30 years, and candidates with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in XII & X examinations will only be considered.
Candidates interested in the position of Executive Trainee (PR) should hold a graduate degree and a 2-year full-time post-graduate degree/diploma in PR, Mass Communication, or Journalism from a recognized Indian university or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India, with not less than 60% marks. As per THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the upper age limit is 30 years, and as with the Executive Trainee (HR) position, candidates with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in XII & X examinations will only be considered. Desirable qualifications for the position include a degree in Law (LLB).

For the position of Executive Trainee (Public Relations), candidates must possess a graduate degree with a 2-year full-time post-graduate degree/diploma in PR/Mass Communication or Journalism from a recognized Indian university or institute. The upper age limit for this position is also 30 years. Candidates with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA (taking average of all subjects) in XII & X examinations will only be considered for both positions.
Candidates who have appeared in the corresponding paper of UGC NET December 2021 & June 2022 (Merged Cycle) and have secured at least 40% aggregate marks in both Paper I and Paper II for General and EWS candidates and at least 35% aggregate marks in both Paper I and Paper II for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBDs candidates, wherever the vacancy is reserved, are eligible to apply. As per THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, departmental candidates (THDC employees only) can avail of relaxation up to 10% in the score obtained in the written test.
As per THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection process for the Executive Trainee (Human Resources) and Executive Trainee (Public Relations) positions consists of two stages: UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) marks and Personal Interview. Candidates who have secured at least 40% aggregate marks for General and EWS candidates and at least 35% aggregate marks for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBDs candidates in Subject Code 55 for ETHR candidates and Subject Code 63 for ET-PR candidates in UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) are eligible to apply.
Qualified candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interviews based on their marks in UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) in the corresponding paper and as per the criteria decided by THDCIL Management. The weightage of marks obtained in UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) will be 70% and the marks obtained in Personal Interview will be 30% for calculating the final score of the candidate for empanelment.
Candidates must qualify in the Personal Interview separately in order to be considered for empanelment. The Qualifying percentage marks in the interview for different categories are 50% for Unreserved (UR)/OBC(NCL)/EWS and 30% for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen wherever the vacancy is reserved. The offer of appointment will be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of category-wise merit and based on the requirement.
During the training period as Executive Trainee in E-2 Grade, candidates will be placed at a minimum basic pay of Rs. 50,000.00 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 -3%-1,60,000 (IDA). In addition to the basic pay, candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance and will be entitled to other perquisites and allowances under the cafeteria approach. Benefits such as leave, medical treatment for self only, Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity are also provided during the training period.
After successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Senior Officer in E-3 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA). On regularization, the compensation package shall include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, etc. as per company rules.

As per THDC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the online registration for the recruitment process will begin on 1st March 2023 at 10:00 AM and close on 30th March 2023 at 11:59 PM. Candidates who had previously applied against Advt No. -03/2022 dated 17.03.2022 and meet the eligibility criteria need not apply again. Candidates must submit payment details online by 1st April 2023 at 5:30 PM, which is only applicable to those who have already registered.
