Ministry of Communications Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Communications (MoC), Government of India has sought Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Appointment on Research Associate (RAs) Posts under the “TEC Research Associate Scheme” in the Telecommunication Engineering Center under the Department of Telecommunications, New Delhi vide this Ministry of Communications Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued.
According to the Ministry of Communications Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, there are 14 Vacancies to be filled up in different Task Domains (Field/Areas). According to the Ministry of Communications Recruitment 2023 Notification, Post-Selection Posting of Research Associates shall be in New Delhi Office. As per the Ministry of Communications Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates to submit duly completed Applications in the Prescribed Format in respective Cases is 28th March 2023 (28.03.2023).
According to the Ministry of Communications Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued, there are 14 Vacancies for TEC Research Associates to be filled initially for 01 Year and subsequently extendable for Another Year based on the Recommendations of the Performance Appraisal Committee (PAC) and Approval of the Competent Authority on the Individual Research Associate’s Output/Outcome.

According to the Ministry of Communications Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the TEC Research Associate shall be entitled to a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration explained hereunder:
Remuneration: Rs.50000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only with another Increment of Rs.5000 the next Year, in case extended.
A Consolidated Amount of Rs. 50000 Per Month on a Pro-rata Basis (All-Inclusive), will be paid to the Research Associate. There shall be an Increment of Rs. 5000 in the Second Year, in case extended, subject to the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance.
According to the Ministry of Communications Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicant as on 1st July 2023 must be aged as hereunder:
Age Limit: Below 28 Years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Course in Electronics/Communications/ Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computers/ Electrical Engineering/Related Discipline with minimum 70% Marks.
Desirable Qualification: Preference/Weightage will be given to the following Qualifications as per the Details given in Annexure-II.
A) Post-Graduation/Master’s Degree course in Engineering, in Electronics/Communications/ Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computers or related discipline with minimum 70% Marks.
B. 1) Work Experience of 01-Year or more in the relevant field as defined in Annexure-VII. Or
2) Successful Internship Certificate of 06 (Six) Months or More with the Telecommunication Engineering Center.
A Selection Committee will be constituted with the approval of the Head of the Telecommunication Engineering Center (TEC), comprising 03 (Three) members (One Deputy Director General (DDG), One Director from TEC and One Deputy Director General/Director from the National Telecommunications Institute for Policy Research, Innovation, and Training (NTIPRIT)/Department of Telecommunication (DoT).
A List/Panel of Shortlisted Candidates will be hosted on the TEC Website. The Offer Letters, as per Actual Requirements, will be sent to the Selected Candidates through E-mail.
Every Selected Candidate shall need to execute a “Contract Bond” and a “Non-Disclosure Agreement” (NDA) on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100 in accordance with Annexure-IV and Annexure-VI of TEC Research Associate Scheme.
According to the Ministry of Telecommunications Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidates with Willingness may submit duly filled-in their respective Applications in the Prescribed Proforma (Annexure-I of Scheme) accompanying other Requisite documents by Post/in Person addressed to the “Assistant Director General (Personnel), Telecommunication Engineering Centre, K.L. Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi-110 001” Receivable Before or On 28.03.2023.
