According to the official notification of BARC Recruitment 2023, there are 15 vacancies open for the post of Post Graduate Resident Medical Officer in different departments, 05 vacant seats open for the post of (Non-DNB) Junior/Senior Resident Doctor in different departments and 02 vacant seats open for the post of Medical Officer (Radiology).

Age Limit for BARC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BARC Recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

• The maximum age limit for the post of Post Graduate Resident Medical Officer is up to 40 years.
• There is no age limit for the post of Medical Officer (Radiology).

Qualification and Experience for BARC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of BARC Recruitment 2023, the required qualifications and experience are mentioned below-

For Post Graduate Resident Medical Officer-

• MS/MD/DNB degree or Diploma from a recognized university in the concerned specialty. The candidates having Diploma must possess a minimum of 2 years of Post-diploma experience in the specialty concerned.
• The Degree/Diploma should not have been awarded before December 2016 preferably.

For (Non-DNB) Junior/Senior Resident Doctor-

• MBBS from a recognized university with a one-year internship from a recognized institution.

For Medical Officer (Radiology)-

• MD or DNB (Radiology) Or M.B.B.S. with relevant P.G.Diploma with experience.

Salary for BARC Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary as mentioned below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Post Graduate Resident Medical Officer will get a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 86000 for the 1st year, Rs.88000 for the 2nd year and Rs.90000 for the 3rd year.
• The selected candidates for the post of (Non-DNB) Junior/Senior Resident Doctor will get a consolidated monthly pay of Rs.72000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Medical Officer (Radiology) will get a monthly emolument of Rs.104988 [ Rs.45098 plus DA admissible to SO/D(Medical Officer) ].

Tenure for BARC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of BARC Recruitment 2023, the engagement period for the mentioned post is given below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Post Graduate Resident Medical Officer should be engaged for a period of 3 years.
• The selected candidates for the post of (Non-DNB) Junior/Senior Resident Doctor should be engaged for a period of 01 year.
• The selected candidates for the post of Medical Officer (Radiology) on a Locum basis should be engaged for a period of 178 days and not more than 89 days at one time.

Selection Process for BARC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of BARC Recruitment 2023, the selection process will be based on the interview. If the response of the candidates is more than 10, the candidates will be screened based on the highest marks obtained in the final exam.

According to the official notification of BARC Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and eligible candidates can register themselves at the time of the interview. The candidates are requested to carry all relevant documents and application forms at the time of the interview.
