Name of the Post and Vacancies for HAL Recruitment 2023:

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) is hiring candidates for the Security Guard and Fitter post. As per the HAL Recruitment 2023official notification, there are 07 vacant seats for this post.

Qualification for HAL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for the HAL Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

Security Guard 

Candidate should possess PUC/Intermediate or SSLC + 3 years of Ex-servicemen (Combatant) experience (knowledge and hands-on experience in operating computers preferred + having a Driving license to drive two-wheeler/ four-wheeler desirable).

Fitter

Candidate should possess regular / full-Time ITI + NAC / NCTVT course after 10th Std. from the recognized Technical Board on or before 01.04.2023. The cut-off percentage of marks to be scored by the candidates in the qualifying examination i.e. ITI & NAC / NCTVT in the Fitter trade/discipline is as follows:-

Tenure Period for HAL Recruitment 2023:

As per the HAL Recruitment 2023official notification, applicants will be appointed on a tenure period of 04 years from the engagement date.

Age Limit for HAL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 28 years as of 01.04.2023.

For OBC-NCL category upper age limit is applicable to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates with respect
of vacancies reserved for them is relax-able by 3 years i.e 31 years.

For SC/ST category upper age limit is applicable to SC/ST candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for
them is relax-able by 5 years i.e 33 years.

For the PWBDs category upper age limit applicable to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBDs) is relaxable by 10 years i.e 38 years 

Salary for HAL Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs.21000 to Rs.22000.

Selection Procedure for HAL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test.

Candidates applying for the post of Fitter will be shortlisted for the Written test, based on the marks secured in the Qualifying Examination. The company reserves the right to decide the cut-off percentage for calling candidates for Written Tests, based on the marks secured in the Qualifying Examination.

Candidates applying for the post of Security Guard, candidates whose names are sponsored by the Sainik Board and who have applied based on the initial screening will only be considered for Physical Test. They
have to qualify for the Physical Test by achieving a “Satisfactory Standard” of the physical
parameters as indicated below and thereafter they will be called for a Written Test:-
