Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023: The Office of General Manager, Ordnance Factory Nalanda, Munitions India Limited (MIL) has invited Applications in the Offline Prescribed Format from the Candidates Eligible for 02 Posts; 01) DBW (Danger Building Worker), 02) CPW (Chemical Process Worker) Posts with 40 Vacancies to be filled up with Posting in Rajgir, District Nalanda through this Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Re-advertised on 18.04.2023. According to the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, those who are Eligible and are Interested in the same, may apply in the Prescribed Format available herewith and also on the MIL OFN Web Link.
Based on the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Last for the Willing Candidates for both Posts 01) Danger Building Worker (DBW), 02) Chemical Process Worker (CPW) Posts to complete the Application Submission receivable in the Office of the General Manager, Ordnance Factory Nalanda is 17.05.2023, being the Last Date.
As per the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 40 Vacancies with the Following Posts:
Brief Description: 02 Posts with 40 Vacancies:
01) Danger Building Worker (DBW)
02) Chemical Process Worker (CPW)
Based on the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official, the Monthly Remuneration payable to the Candidates Selected for 01) Danger Building Worker (DBW) and 02) Chemical Process Worker (CPW) Posts shall be as described hereunder:
Monthly Remuneration Criteria:
i) Tenure-Based Personnel shall be paid at the rate of 1/30th of the pay at the basic (i.e. Rs.19900) of the Relevant Pay Scale plus DA for 08 Hours a Day Work.
ii) HRA as per Classification of Cities (When Government Accommodation is not provided)
iii) An Annual Increment of 3% during the tenure shall be admissible on the Basic Pay, subject to Satisfactory Performance of the Personnel.
iv) The Personnel engaged will be Eligible for EPF, ESIC and Bonus as per the Prevalent Government Law.
v) Personnel will be entitled for 30 Days’ Leave Per Year. However, they can neither claim/take more than 05 Days Leave in a Month and nor take continuously 03 Days Leave in a stretch except on Medical Ground.
Based on the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the General Category Candidate should be aged as on the Closing Date (17.05.2023) of the Application is as follows:
Age Limit: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 30 Years as per the existing Government of India Orders.
Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government of India Order.
According to the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Essential Qualification prescribed therein is as follows:
Essential Qualification: DBW/CPW Tradesman with Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) Training, i.e., AOCP Trained Personnel in Ordnance Factories under Munitions India Limited.
I) Selection of the Candidates on 01) Danger Building Worker and 02) Chemical Process Worker Posts shall be done on the basis of the Marks scored in the NCTVT (National Council of Training in Vocational Trades), now NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) and Trade Test/Practical Test only, in the order of Merit. The Ordnance Factory may decide the Cut-off Percentage for calling in the Eligible Candidates for the Trade Test, based on the Marks scored/obtained in the Qualifying Examination prescribed to ensure sufficient Competition.
II) The Ordnance Factory shall prepare a Common Category-wise Merit List based on Combined Marks scored/secured in the NCTVT Examination and Trade Test/Practical Test.
III) Weightage of Marks in the NCTVT Examination and Trade Test/Practical Test will be in the ratio 80% and 20% respectively.
IV) The Candidates qualifying in the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test will be called in for Documents Verification in the order of Merit.
Engagement Tenure: Engagement of Tenure based Personnel shall be on Contract Basis initially for 01 (One) Year Period which may be extended up to Maximum 04 (Four) Years from the Date of Engagement(including the Initial Period) based on the Factory Requirement and Individual Performance.
Note: Original Certificates shall be required for submission for Verification Purpose at the time of the Document Verification Stage.
As has been mentioned in the Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Application Fee to be paid by the Candidate in the shape of a Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order as explained hereunder:
I) Unreserved (General) Category Candidate: Rs.100 (Rupees One Hundred) only
II) EWS/OBC Candidates will be Rs.100/- through DD/IPO in favor of Munitions India Limited payable in Rajgir.
