RLDA Recruitment 2023: The Office Deputy General Manager (Human Resource), Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), Ministry of Railways (MoR), Government of India, has invited Applications from Experienced Personnel duly Eligible for Multiple Posts to be filled up in different Cities notified vide the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice Dated 12.05.2023. The RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice has occurred for 05 Posts with 07 Vacancies for Deputation Based Appointments and the Posts are 01) Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager (01 Vacancy); 02) Deputy General Manager (Design)/Manager (Design) (01 Vacancy); 03) Deputy General Manager (Electrical) (01 Vacancy); 04) Assistant Manager/Electrical (02 Vacancies) and 05) Assistant Manager/Civil (02 Vacancies) with Varying Pay Matrix Levels.
According to the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Employment Notice, the Pay Matrix Levels for all 05 Posts 01) Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager; 02) Deputy General Manager (Design)/Manager (Design); 03) Deputy General Manager (Electrical); 04) Assistant Manager (Electrical) and 05) Assistant Manager (Civil) with Pay Matrix Level 13 and Pay Matrix Level 12, Pay Matrix Level 12, Pay Matrix Level 11 and Pay Matrix Level 09 are to be filled on Deputation with 05 Years (03 Years Plus 02 Years, i.e., Extension for 4th and 5th Year shall be carried through by Vice Chairman, RLDA.
Based on the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Advertisement the Last Date for completion of the Application submission in the Prescribed Application Proforma will close on 12.06.2023. Therefore, the Application Submission Process in respect of Intending and Eligible Employees the Willing and Eligible Candidates to complete the Application Submission Formality/Process through Proper Channel is 12.06.2023. Every Individual Applicant may also submit their respective Applications annexed with the Required Enclosures through E-Mail as well as by Mail.
The Concerned Controlling Officer/Zonal Railways may forward Advance Applications of the Eligible Officers’ Duly Filled-in Applications accompanying the Enclosures receivable in the Office of the RLDA Employment Notice notifying 12.06.2023 as the Last Date.

According to the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Employment, the Eligibility for all Posts mandates the Specific Requirements explained in detail in the Appended RLDA Recruitment 2023 Employment Notice:
Specific Requirements with Educational Qualifications, Experience: Gazetted Officer working on Regular Posts in the notified Pay Matrix Levels in the Concerned Service Domain Cadre of the Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings of the Central Government/State Government or Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs)/Statutory Authorities with Bachelor’s Degree in the Post relevant Disciplines and Essential Experience stipulated for the Post.
Suitable and Eligible Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/ Interview for all Notified Posts.
Post-Selection on the Applied Posts by the Personnel will be carried out on Normal Deputation Terms with 05-Years’ Deputation Tenure. Deputation Based Initial Term shall be 03 Years and subsequent Extensions for 4th and 5th Years will be Extended by Vice Chairman, Rail Land Development Authority (VC/RLDA).
