Librarian
Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed. A Ph.D. Degree in library science I information science/documentation archives and manuscript-keeping. Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
Superintending Engineer
Candidates should have B.E. / B. Tech. in Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade with a good academic record from a recognized University institute. Candidates having a Master’s Degree in Construction Management / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering or equivalent and knowledge of Computer-aided Design (CAD) and the latest Management Technology / other relevant software will be given preference.
Dy. Registrar
Candidates should have a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale. Candidates having PG Diploma in Management / HR / Finance/Materials/Computer Applications etc. Qualification in Management / Engineering /Law. 3. A Chartered or Cost Accountant degree or diploma for the Deputy Registrar (Finance and Accounts) or Deputy Registrar (Internal Audit) will be given preference.
Executive Engineer (Civil / Electrical)
Candidates should have First Class Bachelor’s Electrical Engineering University / Institute. Candidates having a Master’s Degree in Construction Management / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Environmental Engineering or equivalent and Knowledge of Computer-aided Design (CAD) and the latest Management Technology I other relevant software will be given preference.

Librarian
Candidates should have 10 years as Dy. Librarian (Acad. Pay Level-l2, including a minimum 3 years of experience in Acad. Pay Level-l3A) in the Library of any Technical University. Educational Institute of National Importance, or any other large Technical Library.
Superintending Engineer
Candidates should have 5 years regular service as Senior Executive Engineer in Pay Level-l2 or equivalent or 10 years regular service as Executive Engineer in Pay Level-Il or equivalent; in Central Govt. / State Govt. / Semi-Govt./ PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization/ Govt. University / Institution of National Importance / reputed organizations under Central Govt. / State Govt. etc., dealing with the construction of building projects as per CPWD norms.
Dy. Registrar
Candidates should have 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in Pay Level 10 (Prerevised PB-3: GP 5400) or equivalent post in Government / Government Research Establishments i Universities / Statutory organizations / Government Organizations of high repute. Candidates having Experience in handling computerized administration legal financial establishment matters will be preferred.
Executive Engineer (Civil / Electrical)
Candidates should have 10 years of experience at the level of Assistant Engineer or equivalent position in Pay Level -7 or above, OR 5 years of experience as Assistant Executive Engineer or equivalent position in Pay Level-10 or above; in reputed Govt. Institutions / Public Works Organisations / PSUs etc., dealing in the construction of building projects as per Govt. / CPWD novels
