DRDO Recruitment 2023: The Defence Research and Development Establishment (DRDE), Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India has invited through E-Mail duly completed Applications from Young and Meritorious Candidates Eligible for Contractual Engagement as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for Posting in Gwalior through this DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice. According to the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Notice those Eligible among the Willing Youth may apply with Application Submission through E-Mail following the Instructions explained in the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
Duly completed Applications should to be submitted through E-Mail with Individual Confirmation for Participation in the Written Test and Interviews to be held on 13.06.2023 and 14.06.2023. Accordingly, in accordance with the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement the Last Date for the Willing and Eligible Candidates for completing the Application Submission Process is 13.06.2023 and 14.06.2023, respectively.
Note: The Personnel serving in Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their Respective Employer.
Based on the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 10 Vacancies to be filled up with for Junior Research Fellows:
Designation: Junior Research Fellow
Vacancy: 10 Nos.
Posting Situation: Gwalior
Engagement Terms: Initially 02 Years and extendable up to Maximum 05 Years
According to the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, to be appointed in the Junior Research Fellow Posts shall be entitled to a Fixed Fellowship as follows:
Fellowship Emolument: Rs. 31000 (Consolidated) Per Month with Applicable HRA and Medical Facilities.
The Age Limit for General Merit Candidates as on the Closing Date of Application submission 26.04.2023 is as follows:
Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 Years for Open Market Candidates.
Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government Rules.

The Eligibility Criteria comprising Essential and Desirable Qualifications is as explained hereunder:
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in First Division in the Relevant Discipline from any of the Central Government/State Government Accredited Universities/Institutes.
The Selection Criteria for DRDO Junior Research Fellow Post shall be carried through by Shortlisting followed by Video-Conferencing (VC) Or Physical Mode (PM)/In-Person (IP). The Shortlisted Candidates will be intimated through SMS/Email.
Engagement Terms: The Junior Research Fellow is Temporary and Maximum Tenure is 05 (Five) Years. The Initial Tenure will span 02 (Two) Years and will subsequently be elevated to Senior Research Fellow for the remaining 03 (Three) Years subject to the Incumbent’s Individual Satisfactory Performance to be assessed as per the DRDO (Defence Research Development Organisation) Guidelines.
