IICA Recruitment 2023: The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MoCA), Government of India has invited Applications from the Candidates with Eligibility for Chief Program Executive (CPE) Post for Contractual Engagement in the School of Finance (Valuation) vide the IICA Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice Dated 12.05.2023. Monthly Emolument: Rs. 1.00 Lac
Mandatory Eligibility, in accordance with the IICA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy, comprising Essential Qualification, Experience, Desirable Qualifications with Experience should be read hereunder:
Essential Qualification:
Post-Graduate/Master’s Degree in any field.
Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Certified Management Accountant/Credit Monitoring Analysis (CMA) with relevant Experience may also apply.
Essential Experience: Minimum 02-Years’Experience (Academic and/or Practice) with a Think Tank, Academic Institution, Consultancy or Advisory Body
Proven Track Record of High-Quality Research/Publications in Reputed Journals or Publications
Desirable Qualification:
1) M Phil (Magister Philosophiae)/ Ph.D. (Philosophiae Doctor)
2. UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) Examination
Desirable Experience:
i) Development and Design of Courses and Training Programs
ii) Preparing Course Materials, conducting Lectures, Grading Assignments, and Projects
iii) Preparation of Research Proposals
The IICA Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has mandated the Selection Procedure for the Chief Program Executive in the School of Finance (Valuation).
A duly constituted Selection Committee for the Selection Assignment shall carry out the Appointment Process on the recommendations, on the basis of a Written Test and/or an Interview.
The Period of Engagement will be initially for a period of 06 (Six) Months/01 (One) Year, which may, at the discretion of the Competent Authority be either extended or curtailed depending on the Incumbent’s Performance and Requirement.
