The Eligibility vide the IRCON Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy for Chief General Manager/General Manager/Additional General Manager with Pay Matrix Level 14/13/12 applicable to the Post for Selection is as follows:

• The Indian Railway Service of Engineers Officer working in SAG/NFSAG/SG/JAG Scale with Desirable Experience in Construction of Earthwork, Bridges, and Track.
• The Job Requirements will include Preparation of Bids and Tenders and Execution of Projects at various Project Sites.
• Relevant Extensive Experience and Requisite Knowledge in the same field.
• The number of Years of Experience and the nature of Experience of the Officer in the Specific Area as per the Requirement will be taken into consideration.
• The Officer should have Good Communication Skills.
• Overall, any Officer with a Good Amalgamation of all of the Specific Requirements narrated hereinabove shall be given Preference for Selection.
