NABARD Recruitment 2023: National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is seeking applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Bank’s Medical Officer (BMO) on a contract basis. The selection will be based on an interview. Only candidates who qualify for the interview will be called for the medical examination. As per the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given INR 1000 per hour for the first three years of contractual service and INR 1200 per hour on the completion of three years of contractual service. Candidates will be given out of total monthly remuneration so payable, a sum of INR 1000 per month may be treated as conveyance expense. The selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 05 years may be renewable.
In accordance with the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the candidates should have their own dispensary or place of residence within a radius of 3-5kms from the Bank’s dispensaries at the aforementioned location. Candidate should possess an MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine of any University recognized by the Medical Council of India. According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can download the prescribed format which is available in the official notification and send the same duly filled along with the relevant documents to the Chief General Manager, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Chhattisgarh Regional Office, Ananya, Plot No.01, Sector-24, Opposite Central Park, Atal Nagar, Naya Raipur-492018, Chhattisgarh on or before the last date. The application should be sent in a cover super scribed ‘Application for the post of BMO on contract basis’. The other mode of application will not be accepted.
According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, applications are invited to fill the position of Bank’s Medical Officer (BMO) at NABARD’s dispensaries at its regional office building and staff quarters in Naya Raipur.
In the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s initial working hours will be 01 hour, and candidates will be paid Rs.1000 per hour for the first three years of contractual employment and Rs.1200 per hour after that.

As per the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 05 years, renewable at the end of the contract up to the age of 70, subject to performance assessment.
According to the official notification of NABARD Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview which will be followed by Medical Fitness/ Medical Tests. Interviews with suitable candidates will be used to make the final decision. The shortlisted candidates after the interview will be called for Medical Tests/submit Medical Fitness Certificate as per prescribed norms. The Bank maintains the right to raise the minimum eligibility conditions, among other things, in order to reduce the pool of applicants contacted for interviews. The Bank’s decision will be final in this matter.
