As per the POWERGRID Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates having an ITI degree will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 13500, candidates having a diploma degree will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 15000 and the selected candidates having a graduate degree will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 17500. Candidates will be selected on based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade. Diploma (Civil)
Candidates should have Full Time (3 years course) – Diploma in Civil Engineering
Graduate (Electrical)
Candidates should have Full Time (4 years course) – B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical Engineering.
Graduate (Computer Science)
Candidates should have Full Time (4 years course) – BE/B Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science Engineering/ Information Technology
HR Executive
Candidates should have MBA (HR)/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (2 years full-time course) or equivalent.
CSR Executive
Candidates should have a 2-year full-time Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development /Management, or equivalent.
PR Assistant
Candidates should have a Bachelor of Mass Communication (BMC) / Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication [BJMC] / B.A. (Journalism & Mass Comm.) (3 years full-time Course) or equivalent.
