Officer of the Central Government-
1- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or
2- With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 and grade pay of Rs. 7600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and
According to the official notification of Enforement Directorate recruitment 2023, the applied candidate should hold degree in law from a recognized university or equivalent.
Experience– 12 years experience in dealing with fiscal laws including (b) provisions of Income Tax Act, Customs Act, FEMA, FERA, or Criminal Laws.
