UPSSSC Recruitment 2023: The Office of the Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has invited Online Applications from the PET Recruitment Examination 2022 for the Dental Hygienist (General/Special) Recruitment Examination 2023 vide UPSSSC Recruitment 2023. According to the UPSSSC Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice has arisen for 288 Vacancies for Recruitment of the Dental Hygienists through the Dental Hygienist (General/Special) Recruitment Examination 2023 under the Directorate General, Medical and Health Services (DGMHS), Lucknow Online Application Process will terminate on 20.07.2023. Based on the UPSSSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Notified Dental Hygienist (General/Special) Posts shall be filled up in the Pay Scale 06 (Rs.9300-34800 Plus Grade Pay 4200).

Essential Qualification:
Educational: Must have obtained Certificate or Diploma in Dental Health.
Desirable: Should have been Registered with State Dental Council, Uttar Pradesh
Preferential Qualification: The Candidate must have
i) rendered Service for 02 Years in the Territorial Army
ii) obtained a ‘B’ Certificate of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) among other things being Equal
The Selection Procedure for Dental Hygienist (General/Special) Cadre Post consists of 03 Stages, i.e., Preliminary Eligibility Test, Main Examination and Personal Interview and shall be conducted in order of Merit drawn up based on Higher Marks than the Minimum Qualifying Marks obtained in the Main Examination and Interview and Documents Certification among others.
The Selection for Dental Hygienist Post shall be conducted in accordance with the U.P. Dental Hygienist and Dental Mechanic Service Rules 1993.
The Selection Committee shall prepare a Common List of the Candidates in order of their Proficiency as disclosed by the Marks obtained by each Candidate in the Interview.
TIE Resolving Methodology: In case of Two or More Candidates having obtained Equal Marks, the Selection Committee shall arrange their Names in the Order of Merit on the basis of their General suitability for the Service. The number of Candidates’ Names in the List shall be larger (but not larger by more than 25%) than the number of Vacancies. The Selection Committee shall forward the List to the Appending Authority.
As per the UPSSSC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Examination Fee to be paid Online by the Candidates is as follows:
Application Fee: Rs.25.00 (Rupees Twenty-Five) only

Note: Only those Candidates who were declared Shortlisted for the Main Examination are Eligible to apply. The PET 2022 Qualified/Shortlisted Candidates should complete the Online Registration Process from 30.06.2023 and 20.07.2023.
