NSIC Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Small & Medium Enterprises (SME)  (Government of India) has invited Online Applications from Senior Experienced Officials with Eligibility for Appointment on 01 Deputationist Post Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) in National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) Limited vide this NSIC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement. According to the NSIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Deputation Based Chairman-cum-Managing Director Post shall be filled up on a Deputation Basis with Appointment in National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC), New Delhi vide the NSIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 11.07.2023.  The NSIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has occurred with 01 Vacancy for Chairman-cum-Managing Director Post to be filled up with Appointment of any Eligible Officer in the Pay Scale Rs. 1.80 Lac to Rs. 3.20 Lac Per Month with Posting in the New Delhi Corporate Office, New Delhi.  Based on the NSIC Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum,  the  01 Vacancy for the Chairman-cum-Managing Director Post occurred on 14.09. 2021.  According to the NSIC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) shall conduct the Selection Process for Chairman-cum-Managing Post would involve the Deputation Process.

Superannuation Age Limit: 60 Years (As on Date of Occurrence of the Vacancy; i.e. 14.09.2021)

Age Limit: Minimum 45 Years.  Maximum 03-Years’ Residual Service as on the Date of Occurrence of the Vacancy in reference to the Date of Superannuation.

The Minimum Length of Services essential in the Eligible Pay Scale for the Chairman-cum-Managing Director Designate is 01 (One) Year.

Eligibility Criteria for NSIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the NSIC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Memorandum, the Eligible Applicants should have the Essential Eligibility as follows:

A) Essential Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  The Applicant should be a Bachelor’s Degree with Degree in (Engineering) from any duly recognized Institute. Post-Graduate/MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management will have an added advantage.

Experience:

i) The Applicant should have 20-Years Experience at the Managerial Level (on the Date of Advertisement of the Post) in any Organisation of repute.

ii) Experience in Administration/Policy making/Finance/ Marketing/ Technology/Production will have an Added Advantage.

iii) Experience in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Sector will be preferred.

The Applicant should demonstrate Leadership Quality as part of his/her Experience.

Other Essential Eligibility Conditions for NSIC Recruitment 2023

A.1) The Applicant from the Central Government/All India Services should be holding a Post of the Level of a Joint Secretary in the Government of India or be carrying an Equivalent Pay Scale on the Closing Date of Online Application (14.08.2023).

2) The Applicant from the Armed Forces of the Union Government of India should be holding a Post of the Level of Major General in the Army or Equivalent Rank in the Indian Navy/Indian Air Force on the Last Date of Online Application.

B) The Applicant from the State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSE)/Private Sector (PS) should be serving in the Board Level Position Or be holding a Minimum Post of the Level immediately down below the Board Level on the Online Application End Date.

Immediate Absorption of the Central Government Officers on the Post Chairman-cum-Managing Director mandates as the Central Government Officers, including those of the Armed Forces of the Union and the All-India Services, are Eligible for consideration only on an Immediate Absorption Basis as may be read in the PESB Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

Selection Criteria under NSIC Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for the Chairman-cum-Managing Director Post under NSIC Recruitment 2023  involves Shortlisting and Personal Interaction/ Viva-voce.

The Search-cum-Selection Committee will accord Due Preference to the Candidates for Selection of the Appropriately Suitable Candidate for Chairman-cum-Managing Director Post serving or having rendered their respective services in any of the Listed Companies.

Appointment Tenure: Post-Selection of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, the Appointment Tenure of the Incumbent shall remain 05 (Five) Years from the Date of Joining or up to the Date of Superannuation or until further Government Orders, Whichever be Earlier.
