According to the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the candidates are invited for the posts of Project Officer (Mechanical), Project Officer (Electrical), Project Officer (Civil) and Project Officer (Instrumentation) on a contract basis for Cochin Shipyard Limited Mumbai Ship Repair Unit (CMSRU), Mumbai. Age Limitation for CSL Recruitment 2023: 

As per the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the candidates applying for the mentioned opportunities shall not exceed 30 years as of 25.08.2023. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates in posts reserved for them and age relaxation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities and Ex-servicemen shall be as per Government of India guidelines. However, the age limit after applying all age relaxations shall exceed 45 years. 

Qualification for CSL Recruitment 2023:

• For Project Officer (Mechanical)– Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized University
• For Project Officer (Electrical)– Degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized University.
• For Project Officer (Civil)– Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized University.
• For Project Officer (Instrumentation)– Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized University.

For Project Officer (Mechanical)

• Essential– Minimum of 02 years post qualification experience in a Ship Building Company/ Ship Repair Company/ Marine related Company/ Port/  Engineering Company/ Government Company or Establishment/ Semi-Government Company or Establishment.
• Desirable– Proficiency and experience working in a computerized environment.

For Project Officer (Electrical)

• Essential– Minimum of 02years post qualification experience in a Ship Building Company / Ship Repair Company/ Marine related Company/ Port/ Engineering Company/ Government Company or Establishment/Semi-Government Company or Establishment.
• Desirable– Proficiency and experience working in a computerized environment.

For Project Officer (Civil)

• Essential– Minimum of 02 years post qualification experience in a Shipyard/ Port/  Engineering Company/  Civil Construction Company or Infrastructure Development Company/ Government Company or Establishment/Semi-Government Company or Establishment.
• Desirable– Proficiency and experience working in a computerized environment.

For Project Officer (Instrumentation)

• Essential– Minimum of two years post qualification experience in a Ship Building Company/ Ship Repair Company/  Marine related Company/ Port/ Engineering Company/ Government Company or Establishment/Semi-Government Company or Establishment.
• Desirable–  Proficiency and experience working in a computerized environment

Salary for CSL Recruitment 2023: 

As mentioned in the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a consolidated pay of Rs.37000 per month in the first year and Rs.38000 in the second year and Rs.40000 in the third year.

Selection Procedure for CSL Recruitment 2023: 

As per the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the eligible and desirous candidates will be selected on the basis of the Objective Type Test and Personal Interview conducted by the committee. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the selection process.

Application Fee for CSL Recruitment 2023: 

As per the official notification of CSL Recruitment 2023, the candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.400. The application fee is exempted for SC/ ST and PWBD Candidates.

Tenure for CSL Recruitment 2023:
