• Service Compliance– CAF Audit, EMR Audit, Service Testing, Roll out obligation, etc.
• Technology– Inspections of Licensing Networks, Secured dedicated communication network, Time Synchronization of Telecom Networks, Disaster Technology Management, interconnect exchange, Advocacy, and Public awareness, etc.
• Security-Curbing illegal activities/Control over clandestine/illegal operation of telecom networks, Analysis of CDR/SDR, and other security
  activities assigned from time to time.
• Rural- Rural Connectivity for DBT, verification of USO sites, RF coverage testing/ telecom connectivity checking, etc.
• Admin, Legal, Pubic grievances, etc-Admin activities, Tendering, Procurement, Court cases, Public Grievances, Building work, and miscellaneous Admin activities
