Experience for THDC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the experience required for the above post is given below.

• Post qualification executive experience of 25 years in executive/officer cadre out of which at least 10 years of Experience in Construction/Commissioning /Operation & Maintenance of large supercritical thermal power plants preferably having installed capacity of 600 MW and above/Hydropower project of 100MW and above capacity/ Solar Power Project.
• The overall experience requirement of a minimum of 25 years Post qualification experience shall include a minimum of 1 year in equivalent grade/ scale (CDA/IDA)IDA: 1,20,000- 3%-2,80,000 or Equivalent Level (Private Sector).

Salary for THDC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will get a basic pay of Rs.120000 in the pay scale between Rs. 120000-3%-280000.
