Experience for Oil India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of Oil India Recruitment 2023, the required experiences according to the posts are mentioned below:

For Geology
Exploration Geology-

• Applicants should have at least 10 years of specialized experience in full-cycle exploration workflow, Seismic interpretation, prospect generation, Risk and Uncertainty Analysis, Volumetric evaluation and Post-Drilling Appraisal.
• Guiding exploration teams in G and G projects, both at prospect level and regional level.
• Proficiency in utilizing industry standard seismic interpretation software e.g. Petrel, Kingdom suite, Decision Space, Genoframe etc.

Basin Analysis and PSM-

• Applicants should have at least 10 years of specialized experience in Basin Analysis, PSM modelling, and geochemical data interpretation of source rock, oil and gas.
• Guiding teams in overall Basin Analysis, Play fairway analysis and regional geological analysis.
  Proficiency in using software related to Petroleum System Modelling.

Palaeontology–

• Applicants should have at least 10 years of specialized experience in micropaleontology, biostratigraphy and paleoenvironmental analysis.

For Reservoir:
Reservoir Management-

• Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of experience with the ability to do Classical Reservoir Engineering analysis and preparation of Field development plans.
• Applicants should have experience in dynamic reservoir modelling workflow, run different prediction scenarios based on simulation and be proficient in handling various industry standard software needs to be mentioned clearly.
• Applicants should have experience in heavy oil reservoir management. Proficient in thermal recovery methods and its related software.

Techno-Economic Evaluation-

• Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in techno-economic assessment of producing fields, and farm-in / farm-out opportunities of oil and gas assets under different fiscal models.
  Proficiency in handling various industry standard software needs to be mentioned clearly.

For Drilling:
Drilling Engineering – Onshore-

• Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Onshore Drilling operations and activities as Drilling Engineer supervising drilling activities.
• Applicants should have experience drilling at least 10 onshore wells deeper than 3500m.
• Applicants should have experience and Expertise in the interpretation and resolution of drilling-related downhole complications including fishing.
• Applicants should have experience in well designing and preparation of cost estimates with respect to Drilling Rig and Equipment, Services and well cost.

Age Limitation for Oil India Recruitment 2023:
