For Assistant Professor Grade I-

• The applicant must have a minimum of three years of post-PhD teaching/research/professional experience, excluding the experience gained while pursuing a PhD.
• The applicant should have demonstrated research capabilities in terms of publications in reputed journals conferences and patents.

For Assistant Professor Grade II-

• The applicant must have Applicants with less than 3 years post-PhD industrial/research/teaching experience may apply for direct recruitment for the position of Assistant Professor Grade II.

For Associate Professor-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 6 years of teaching/research/professional experience, of which 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor Grade I, Senior Scientific Officer/Senior Engineer in a research organization or industry.
• The applicants are expected to have a strong record of research guidance, sponsored research, publications in reputed journals and referred conferences, patents, etc.

For Professor-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/professional experience, of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in an academic institute or equivalent position in a research organization or industry.
• The applicant should have demonstrated leadership in research in a specific area of specialization in terms of guidance of Ph.D. students and has a strong record of sponsored research, publications in reputed journals and referred conferences, patents, laboratory/course development and other recognized relevant professional activities.

Selection Process for IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on an interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Applicants called for interview will be reimbursed airfare within India by Economy class from the place of their residence and back by the shortest route.
