For Private Secretary-

• The applicants must have at least 05 years experience of working as a Private Secretary in Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration /Statuary Body/ Autonomous Body.

For Accountant-

• The applicants must have at least 03 years experience of working in accounts or finance, projects in the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/Statuary Body/ Autonomous Body.

For Assistant-

• The applicants must have at least 03 years of experience in administration, human resource development, and finance in the Central Government State Government or Union territory Administration or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body.

For Manager-

• The applicants must have at least 05 years of experience in the fields of Management, planning and development, administration, human resource development, finance, vigilance, court cases and communication-related matters in the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body.

For Deputy Secretary-

• The officers from the Central Government / State Government / Union Territory Administration/Statutory Body/ Autonomous Body-
• The applicants must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or
• The applicant with 05 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 11 or equivalent;

For Private Secretary-

• The officers from the Central Government / State Government / Union Territory Administration / Statutory Body/ Autonomous Body.-
• The applicants must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or
• The applicant with five years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 6 or equivalent;

For Accountant-

• The officers of the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory Administration/Statuary Body/ Autonomous Body-
• The applicants must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• An applicant with 05 years, of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 4 or equivalent;

For Assistant-

• The officers from the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administration or Statutory Body or Autonomous Body-
• The applicants must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• The applicant with 06 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in pay level 5 or equivalent.

For Manager-

• The applicants must hold an analogous post regularly in the parent cadre or department, or

The Pay Scale for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of the Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023, the shortlisted candidates would be paid a salary scale ranging from Level 4 to Level 12 in accordance with the pay matrix 7th CPC.

Tenure for Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2023:
