Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) is looking for desirous candidates for the post of Faculty, Office Assistant and Attender. There are 05 openings to be filled in IOB Recruitment 2023.

Age Limit for IOB Recruitment 2023:

Salary for IOB Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of IOB Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary as described below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Faculty will be given a monthly salary of Rs.20000 which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount of 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/ performance of services rendered.
• The selected candidates for the post of Office Assistant will be given a monthly salary of Rs.12000 which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount of 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/ performance of services rendered.
• The selected candidates for the post of Attender will be given a monthly salary of Rs.8000 which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount of 10% of the preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/ performance of services rendered.

Qualification and Experience for IOB Recruitment 2023:

The required qualifications and experience to apply for IOB Recruitment 2023 are mentioned below-

For Faculty-

• The candidates should have a Graduate / Post Graduate viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc.( Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed. etc.
• The application will be accepted from the respective State only.
• The candidate should have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
• The candidate should have Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should have skills in Typing in Local Language.
• The candidate should have Typing skills in Hindi / English typing, an added advantage.
• The candidate should have previous experience as Faculty preferred.

For Office Assistant-

• The candidate must be a Graduate with computer knowledge.
• Applications are invited from the respective Districts only.
• The candidate should have knowledge in Basic Accounting is a preferred qualification.
• The candidate should be fluent in spoken and written local language.
• The candidate should be fluent in Hindi / English would be an added qualification.
• The candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally and Internet.
• The candidate should have skills in typing in the local language is essential, Typing skills in English is an added advantage.

For Attender-

• The candidate should be a Matriculate- 10th standard.
• The candidate should have the ability to Read and Write in the Local Language preferred.

Tenure for IOB Recruitment 2023:

The appointment is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates for IOB Recruitment 2023 will be appointed for a period of 03 years subject to annual review and renewable of the contract by the Trust once a year. The place of posting will be RSETIs in Tirunelveli and Tenkasi districts.

Selection Process for IOB Recruitment 2023:

The selection of IOB Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of a written test and interview. The shortlisted candidates will be intimated later to the date, time and venue of the selection procedure.
