• The applicant must have at least 03 years of experience working as a Private Secretary/Personal Assistant/Stenographer/Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary in a Government Department/Universities/Autonomous Bodies/PSU/Educational institution recognized by the Government.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Computer Application/Science.
• The applicant must have a Diploma in Office Management and Secretarial Practice.
• The candidate should have knowledge of service rules applicable to the Central Government establishment.

For Senior Assistant-

• The applicant should have a Graduate or Post-Graduate from a recognized University in any discipline with working knowledge of computers.

For Assistant-

• The applicant must have graduated from a recognized University in any discipline with good working knowledge of computers.

For Junior Assistant-

• The candidate should have a Senior Secondary School Certificate (+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University/ Institution.
• The candidate should have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi typing through the computer.

Selection Process for Motilal Nehru College Recruitment 2023:

The selection of Motilal Nehru College Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of a written test/skill test. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test/skill test. There will be no TA/DA paid for the selection process.
