1. Applicant must have  02 years of Full-Time MBA with a specialization in HR/personnel management.
2. Qualification in law will be an added advantage

• For transfer (absorption) or deputation:

In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

1. Holding analogous posts regularly
   OR
2. The candidate should have 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level-13 of the Pay Matrix.

Joint Director

• For Direct Recruitment:

1. Candidate should have First Class B.E./B. Tech in Comp. Sc. or IT or equivalent domain/ MCA or equivalent degree in the relevant discipline and 11 years experience. OR
2. Post Graduate in Engineering/Technology in Comp. Sc. or IT or equivalent domain with 09 years experience OR
3. First Class Post Graduate Degree in Comp. Sc./ IT or in relevant discipline with 11 years of experience. OR
4. Ph.D. in Comp. Sc. or IT or equivalent domain with 08 years relevant experience.

• For transfer (absorption)/deputation:

In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

1. Holding analogous posts regularly OR
2. The candidate should have 4 years of regular service in the Pay Level-12 of the Pay Matrix.

Manager (Admin.)

• For Direct Recruitment:

Applicant must have 02 years of Full-Time MBA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.

• For transfer (absorption)/deputation:

In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

1. Holding analogous posts regularly OR
2. The candidate should have 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level-11 of the Pay Matrix

Senior Admin Officer

• For Direct Recruitment

Candidate should have  02 years of Full-Time MBA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.

Finance Officer

• For Director Recruitment:

1. Candidate should have a C.A. OR
2. Candidate should have 02  years of Full-Time MBA in Finance/ CS/ICWA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.

• For transfer (absorption)/deputation:

In case of transfer(absorption)/deputation, officers of the Central/State Government/ PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

2. The candidate should have 5 years of regular service in the Pay Level- 7 / 8 / 9 of the Pay Matrix

• Aspirants must have at least 22 years of relevant experience.

Joint Director

• For Ph.D. – 8 years

Manager (Admin.)
