For Medical Superintendent (Group ‘A’)-

• A Medial qualification included in the I or II Schedule or part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing  qualification included in part II or third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act.
• A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto Or
• The candidate should have M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a post graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A. by the Medical Council of India.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 10 Years’ experience in Hospital Administration in Hospitals after obtaining the P.G. Degree in a senior position, preferably in hospitals with 300 beds.

For Superintending Engineer (Group ‘A’)-

• Employees of the Central/State/Union Territory Governments/Universities/Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/Research & Development organizations holding analogous post.Or
• Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs.7600 (Pay level 12 as per 7th CPC). Or
• Executive Engineer with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs.6600 (Pay level 11 as per 7th CPC).

For Registrar (Group ‘A’)-

• Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations having the following educational qualification and experience:
• The candidate should have a graduate of a recognized University.
• The candidate should have Seven years’ experience of administration in a supervisory capacity or as a teacher in a University/teaching institution including conduct or examination and admission and assignment of teaching programmes for under graduate and postgraduate etc.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree.
