Go Fashion (India) Ltd. issued a regulatory file on October 7, 2025 to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd regarding intimation under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.

Go Fashion (India) Ltd is the company that owns the women’s bottom wear brand Go Colors. Founded in 2010 and based in Chennai, it is one of the largest women’s bottom-wear players in India.
