Candidates should have CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), MBA, or PGDM from any reputed B-Schools. The candidates should have Proficiency in computer skills like MS Office, Financial modeling, etc.
Assistant Manager (Technical):
The candidates should have done B.Tech. in the discipline of Mechanical / Civil Engineering only from a recognized University. Post Graduate preferred. The candidates should have proficiency in computer skills like MS Office, Financial modeling, etc.
Assistant Manager (Legal):
The candidates should have Graduate Degree in Law in Business /Commercial Law from a recognized university. Post Graduate preferred. The candidates must be proficient in MS Office.

Experience Required as per the Job Posts is as mentioned below:
Assistant Manager (Finance):
The candidates should have at least 01 year of experience on a full-time basis in Banks /Financial Institutions /an Industry with exposure in project appraisal/financing/Accounting / TEV study etc.
Assistant Manager (Technical):
The candidates should have at least 01 year of experience on a full-time basis in Banks /Financial Institutions /Industries with exposure to project appraisal/financing/technical feasibility study.
Assistant Manager (Legal):
The candidates should have a minimum of 02 years of Bar experience in practicing Business and allied Civil Laws in High Court /District Court /Debt Recovery Tribunal is essential. Experience as a Law Officer in a Commercial Bank /Financial Institution will be preferred. Working knowledge in Telugu is necessary.
According to the official notification of APSFC Recruitment 2023, the tenure will be on a contractual basis for a period of 36 months or as per the requirements of the committee.
