Bangalore Metro Rail Recruitment 2023: Bangalore Metro Rail Limited, a Joint Venture of the Government of India and the Government of Karnataka, invites applications from qualified and experienced personnel / retired or serving personnel for the post of General Manager (HR) in the “Project and O&M Wing” on a contract basis. As per the official notification of Banglore Metro Rail Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs.165000. An interview will be used to make the decision. There are 02 vacant positions for the post of General Manager (HR). The selected candidates will be engaged for a term of 03 years.

Candidates should have Full-time Graduate with MBA/ PG Degree/PG Diploma, or, equivalent in HRM/ HRD/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social work/ Labour Welfare. Experience-

If the circumstances permit, either party may cancel the appointment contract by giving 1-3 months’ notice or by paying the contractual remuneration in lieu of the notice period.

The shortlisted candidates will be notified through email or SMS to appear for interviews as and when they are scheduled, at their own expense.
