of, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) encourages young, deserving, and enthusiastic Indian citizens to apply online for Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) in Mechanical Engineering (ME) and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) discipline. As mentioned in the Official notification of ASL-DRDO Recruitment 2023, there are a total of 13 vacancies for the given post, where 08 vacancies for Mechanical Engineering (ME) and for 03 vacancies for Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)/ Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
In accordance with the official notification of ASL-DRDO Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 28 years. As given in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant will get a monthly stipend of Rs.31000. According to the official notification of ASL-DRDO Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be selected for a tenure period of 02 years. As per the official notification of ASL-DRDO Recruitment 2023, candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted for a written exam/interview. If a written test is administered, only those applicants who score well enough will be contacted for an interview. Eligible and willing candidates must submit their online applications through the official website of DRDO. No applications sent offline will be accepted. For an additional year (third year), this may be upgraded to a Senior Research Fellowship (SRF). SRF may once more be extended for an additional year (the fourth year) depending on results.
