Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022: Bank of Baroda (BoB) has invited Applications from IT Professionals meeting Eligibility for Multiple Posts in the Information Technology (IT) Department on a Contractual Basis with Posting in Mumbai and Hyderabad. The IT Professionals who stand out from amongst the IT Professionals intending to apply for the Posts may proceed with applying as per the Instructions in the Appended Bank of Baroda Recruitment Notifications. There are 60 Vacancies to be filled against the Notified Posts.

Modality of Application: Duly completed Applications annexed with the Essential Testimonials under the Post Caption “Application for the Post……………. in Bank of Baroda” Mumbai/Hyderabad should be receivable Before or On 9th November 2022 (09.11.2022), i.e., Last Date to Apply.

Credit History: While applying, the Candidates must ensure that they maintain a Healthy Credit History and shall have a Minimum CIBIL Score of 650 or above at the time of Joining. The Minimum Credit Score will be as per the Bank of Baroda’s Policy, amended at times.

Selection Process: Eligible Candidates’ Selection will be based on Screening aimed at shortlisting and the Subsequent Round of Personal Interviews and/or any other Selection Methodology.

Engagement Terms for Selection: The nature of Engagement is termed as Contractual Engagement for 05 Years in a stretch, with the Bank of Baroda constituted Selection Committee conducting a Periodic Performance Review, extendable at the Bank of Baroda’s discretion.

Compensation Remuneration proposed to be offered to the Eligible Candidates shall remain hinged/dependent up on the Selected Candidate’s Qualifications, Post-Qualification Work Experience, Overall Suitability, Last Drawn Salary, and the Market Benchmark, and shall not be a Limiting Factor for the Appropriately Suitable Candidates in all respects.

Posting Location: The Candidates Selected as IT Professionals shall be offered Posting in Mumbai or Hyderabad subject to change/modification depending on Bank of Baroda’s Requirements arising at times.
