Pay Scale: Rs 5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay 2400 (as per 6th Pay Commission)

Upper Age Limits for Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023:

Based on the Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limit for Un-Reserved Category Candidates (As on the Closing Date of the Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification 01.01.2023 for General Merit Candidate is as follows:

Age Limits:

i) General Category Candidates should be Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 35 Years.

ii) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates.

Eligibility for Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023:

As per the Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligibility including Educational and Technical Qualifications and Experience for Data Processing Assistant Post, is explained in the subsequent Lines. The Candidates should have the following Eligibility comprising Educational Qualifications with Experience explained hereunder:

I) Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree in B.Sc. Computer Science/BCA/B.Sc. (IT)/or Equivalent Degree passed with Minimum 60% Marks or Equivalent grade in Graduation.

II) Experience: Working Knowledge of Operating Systems and Office Applications suites with 3 years of Working Experience of Data Entry with the Required Educational qualification.

Selection Process under Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Process for Data Processing Assistant Post in comprises 03 Stages yielding a Final Merit List and Document Verification, explained as follows:

Selection/Recruitment Process for Data Processing Assistant Posts shall be completed in the following stages:

I) Online Preliminary/Screening Examination for 100 Marks
II) Practical Test for 30 Marks
III)  Interview for 30 Marks

However, the Controller of Examinations shall prepare Merit List for Selection on the Data Processing Assistant Post based on the Marks obtained in aggregate of Practical Examination and Interview, subject to securing prescribed Minimum Qualifying Marks by the candidates.

The Candidates belonging to Un-reserved Category and OBC category shall need to secure Minimum 60% Marks in the Preliminary Examination. The reserved community (Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe) candidates shall have to score minimum 55% Marks

Merit-cum-Category wise Lists shall be prepared on the basis of the Candidates’ Marks obtained in the Practical Examination and Interview. Any candidate will have to secure Minimum Passing 40% Marks in aggregate of Practical Examination and Interview. The Office of the Registrar General will publish/upload the Result on the Website of High Court of Madhya Pradesh.

Tie-Resolving Method: In case of Equal Marks, the Candidate Senior/Older in Age shall be given Preference for Selection on Data Processing Assistant Post.

Examination Fee for Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023:

According to Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Requisite Examination Fee to be paid by the Candidates is explained in the subsequent Lines:

Category-wise and Community-wise Examination Fee to be remitted Online by the Candidates through the Payment Gateway by the Candidates are as follows:

i) Un-Reserved Category: Rs. 777.02 Examination Fees/Charges

ii) Reserved community and Persons with Benchmark Disability: Rs. 577.02

How to Apply for Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023:

According to the Madhya Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Desire should complete the Online Registration/Application Process following the Instructions therein.

Procedure and Direction for submitting the Online Application Form:

i) Carefully read the Advertisement Instructions carefully before filling in the Application Form.

ii) Fill in all the details correctly and accurately. Incomplete, incorrect or erroneous Applications will be treated as cancelled.

iii) The Application form will be filled online only, Offline Application Formats Or Application Fee will not be accepted.

Application Procedure:

All the desirous candidates must log on Website of Madhya Pradesh Court to click on the “Recruitment/Result” tab, then click on “Online Application Form/Admit Card” for “Data Processing Assistant F.xam-2023”. Now the candidate may see the following links:

1 ) Advertisement; 2) Registration; 3) Application; 4) Edit Application Form

Click on Advertisement and read all instructions carefully. Thereafter, click on the “Registration” link and after submitting the required information for registration candidate will get the User ID and Password on their Registered Mobile No. and E-mail Idn, which is required to be fill-up the Application Form.

After registration, the candidate may fill in their application form by clicking on the “Application” Link. After filling in the required information and uploading the Photograph and Signature, the Candidate/Applicant may preview the Online Application format by clicking on the Preview button. Several entries of the Registration form will be auto-filled in the Application form which cannot be altered or corrected, hence the candidate must ensure the correctness of these auto-filled entries and if any incorrect entry is found, he/she may again register himself/herself and fill the form correctly. To upload your signature and recent Color Photo in the last “Document Upload” tab and after previewing the form details click on the “Submit” button and pay the Examination Fee.

After successful remittance of the payment successfully, the candidates are required to take a printout of the Application form by clicking on the “Print” Tab and keep it in safe custody with them for further requirements if and when needed.
