DFCCIL Recruitment 2023: Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), Public Sector Enterprise, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, New Delhi, has sought Applications through A Proper Channel in respect of the Candidates with Voluntary Interest for Contractual Appointment on 01 Post General Manager/Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Electrical) on a Deputation Basis notified through this DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification. According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up with the Appointment of an Appropriately Suitable Candidate General Manager Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Electrical) for Appointment and Posting in Tundla.
Based on the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Appointment of a Suitable Person on the Post General Manager Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Electrical) On Deputation under Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance notified therein with Initial 03-Years’ Engagement Tenure, Further Extendable up to Maximum 05 Years (subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE).

According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Pay Scale Applicable to General Manager/Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Electrical) shall be as hereunder:
Pay Scale: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per the DFCCIL Policy).
Based on the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limit (as on the Closing Date of the DFCCIL Vacancy Notice) shall be as follows:
The Officer should not exceed 55 Years
Service: Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE)/Officers of Engineering Department of Indian Railways, Officers under Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPUs), etc.
Specific Requirements:
A) General Manager: Central/State Government Officers working in Analogous Grade (Level-14) in the relevant Discipline; Or in Senior Grade (Level-13) with 17 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the relevant Discipline. Or Public Sector Undertaking Employees working in the Analogous Grade in the relevant Discipline; Or in Rs. 1.00-2.60 Lac (IDA) (E7) with 04 Years’ Service in that Grade.
Deputy Chief Project Manager (Assistant General Manager): Central Government/State Government Officers working in the Analogous Grade (Level-13A) in the relevant Discipline or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with Minimum 12 Years in Group ‘A’ in the relevant Discipline Or in IDA Rs. 90000-240000 (E6) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.
Deputy Chief Project Manager (Joint General Manager): Central Government / State Government Officers working in the Analogous Substantive Grade (Level-13) in the relevant Discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level 12) with 08-12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the relevant Discipline Or Public Sector Undertaking Employees working in the Analogous Grade in relevant Discipline or in IDA Rs. 80000-220000 (E5) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.
Project Manager (DGM): Central Government/State Government Officers holding Senior Scale (Level-11) Posts or Central Government/State Government Officers with 10-Years’ Service in Group ‘B’ and holding Cadre Posts in Level-10 in their Parent Cadre or Public Sector Undertaking Employees working in the Analogous Grade in relevant Discipline or in IDA Rs.70000-200000 (E4) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.
As has been explained in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, Selection on the Notified Post General Manager/Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Electrical) shall be carried through by Viva-voce/Personal Interviews. The Candidate, post-Selection would be issued an Appointment on a Deputation Basis.
The Deputation Tenure initially shall span 03-Years, which will be extended up to 05 Years [subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of immediate Absorption].
