Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: Bank of Baroda has reopened the application window for various positions on Fixed Term Engagement on Contract Basis in MSME & Tractor Loan Vertical. The recruitment drive was initially advertised in leading newspapers and on the bank’s website on 24th January 2022. The bank has invited applications for 11 different positions, including Zonal Sales Managers for MSME business and Commercial Vehicles/Commercial Mining Equipment loans, Regional Sales Manager for Tractor Loans, Assistant Vice President for Sales of MSME loans, loans against property, unsecured business loans, and CV/CME loans, Senior Manager for sales of MSME loans, loans against property, unsecured business loans, CV/CME loans, and Forex, and Manager for sales of MSME loans. As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is a total of 137 Vacancies available in this Recruitment drive.
As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, the bank has provided detailed eligibility criteria for each of the positions, including age, education qualification, and work experience. For instance, candidates applying for the position of Zonal Sales Manager for MSME business should be between 23 and 48 years of age, with at least 12 years of experience in sales of assets side, preferably in MSME business. Candidates with leadership experience in managing teams of more than 20 sales employees or those with experience as sales head/area sales manager covering more than two centers will be preferred. Similarly, eligibility criteria have been specified for other positions as well.
The bank has also specified the roster points available for filling the requirements for each position. Interested candidates can apply online from 21st April 2023 to 11th May 2023 (23:59 hours).

As per the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 official notification, for the position of Senior Manager- Business Finance, the candidate should have a Graduation (in any discipline) & Chartered Accountant OR Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Finance with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Banks/ Large NBFCs in the area of Business Finance/ Financial MIS/ Financial Analytics/ Treasury/ Balance sheet Management/ ALM/ Corporate treasury (CT)/ P&L Management/ Revenue management/ BUC/ Business Intelligence unit/ cost management/ expense management/ Financial Planning, Target Setting, Goal Setting & Strategic Planning and Analysis/ Business Planning. Their role will include providing financial information for monitoring business performance, supporting Funds transfer pricing mechanism, performance management, cost management and control, balance sheet management, and risk management.
For the position of Chief Manager- Business Finance, the candidate should have Graduation (in any discipline) & Chartered Accountant by qualification with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Banks/Large NBFCs in the area of Business Finance/ Financial MIS/ Financial Analytics/ Treasury/ Balance sheet Management/ ALM/ Corporate treasury (CT)/ P&L Management/ Revenue management/ BUC/ Business Intelligence unit/ cost management/ expense management/ Financial Planning, Target Setting, Goal Setting & Strategic Planning and Analysis/ Business Planning. They are responsible for the same roles as the Senior Manager, but with a higher level of experience.
For the position of Chief Manager- Internal Controls, the candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the area of Internal Audit & Internal Control in a large public/ private sector bank or large audit firm, including Big 4, having relevant exposure in the audit of banks. They are responsible for maintaining the Internal Controls Framework in the Bank, in line with laid down guidelines, ensuring appropriate policies and standard operating policies are maintained and updated in a timely fashion, ensuring oversight of Internal Financial Controls (ICOFR) on Financial Reporting, ongoing maintenance of Governance Framework for Reconciliation of Office Accounts, review of GL from the perspective of eliminating the possibility of revenue leakage, liaising with business verticals about ensuring an effective and adequate Internal Control environment and liaising with Statutory Auditors on Internal Financial Controls (IFC) audits.
