Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023: The Office of Regional Manager, Bank of Baroda (BoB), Egmore, has sought Applications from Ex-Personnel (Retired) and Young Individuals Eligible for Contractual Appointment on Category ‘A’ and Category ‘B’ Business Correspondent Supervisors (BCS) Posts. As notified in the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, there are 04 Vacancies to be filled up in Chennai Rural Region (Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Thirupattur, Vellore, Ranipet and Chennai).

Based on the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicants among the Eligible with Willingness may apply in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma latest by 7th March 2023 (07.03.2023), hence, the last Date is presumed to be 07.03.2023.

According to the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 04 Vacancies to be filled up in the Chennai Rural Region.

Post Name: Business Correspondent Supervisor

Vacancy: 04 Nos.

Posting Location: Chennai Rural Region (Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, Thiruvallur, Thirupattur, Vellore, Ranipet and Chennai)

Engagement Duration: Initially 12 Months subject to the Business Correspondent Supervisor’s Individual Performance Review every 06 Months by the Bank of Baroda Selection Committee.

Monthly Emoluments under Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As has been mentioned in the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the Candidates selected on Business Correspondent Supervisor Post under Category A and Category B will be entitled to the following Monthly Emoluments.

1. Category ‘A’ Supervisors: Rs. 15000.00 (Fixed Component) Per Month AND Rs. 10000.00 (Variable Component) Per Month

2. Category ‘B’ Supervisors: Rs. 12000.00 (Fixed Component) Per Month AND Rs. 8000.00 (Variable Component) Per Month

Upper Age Limits under Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

According to the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Age Limits applicable to the Eligible Applicants are as follows:

1) Retired Bank Employees:

The Maximum Age Limit to continue as BC Supervisor is 65 Years.

2) Young Persons:

i) Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 45 Years.

ii) The Maximum Age Limit to continue as BC Supervisor is 65 Years.

Eligibility under the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility essential in respect of Bank of Baroda Retired Personnel (Ex Employees) and Young Candidates shall remain as hereunder:

A) Retired Employees:

I) Retired Officer (Including Voluntarily Retired) of any Public Sector Undertaking Bank up to the Chief Manager Rank may be appointed as BC Supervisor for the purpose.

II) Retired Clerks and Equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB (Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) with Good Track Record.

III) All Retired Bank Employees Applicants should have Minimum 03-Years’ Rural Banking Experience.

B) Young Candidates:

The Minimum Qualification for Young Candidate is Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation. Bachelor Degree Holders honed with Computer Knowledge (MS Office, E-mail, Internet etc). However, Preference will be given to the Candidates have gained Professional Qualifications, such as Master of Science (Information Technology)/Bachelor of Engineering (IT)/Master of Computer Applications (MCA)/Magister de Business Administratio or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Selection Criteria under Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

Selection on Business Correspondent Post shall be conducted through Interview. Based on thorough Scrutiny of the Candidate’s Applications describing Desirable Qualification(s) and Professional Experience, the Candidates would be shortlisted subject to the Post Suitability. Such Candidates would be intimated through their Email only.

Note: The Individual selected as Business Correspondent Supervisors shall have to furnish a Duly executed Agreement for 12 Months Duration.

The BC Supervisors in Category ‘A’ and ‘B’ shall be assigned/allotted Minimum 30/20 Business Correspondent Agents to report to them.
