Retired Bank Employees

• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

Young Candidates

• Candidate should have a minimum qualification and should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.

Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

The age range for young candidates will be 21 to 45 years old. In comparison, the maximum age for BC supervisors to continue their employment will be 65 years old, according to the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023. In contrast, retired bank employees must have worked in rural banking for at least three years and be at least 65.
