Tenure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed on a contract basis for a tenure of 36 months subject to annual review.

Eligibility for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisors position must have the following qualification and experience.

Retired Bank Employees

• Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager.
• Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

Young Candidates

The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.

Salary for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, BC Supervisor’s monthly salary shall include both fixed and variable components, where the applicant will get Rs.15000 as a fixed component and Rs.10000 as a Variable component.

Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, for retired bank employees, the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years, with at least three years of rural banking experience, whereas for young candidates, the age limit will be 21 years to 45 years, with the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisors being 65 years.

Selection Procedure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, interviews will be conducted by a committee under the direction of the Regional Head.

IIBF- BC certification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023, the IIBF – BC Certification is given below.

BC supervisors need to obtain IIBF BC certification within 2 months from the date of joining. Bank shall reimburse the registration fee one time upon completing the course:

1. From the 4th month to the 6th month, Rs.1000 will be deducted from the fixed component.
2. From the 7th to the 12th Month, Rs.2000 will be deducted from the fixed component.
3. After 12 months, their contract will not be renewed.
