Bank of India Recruitment 2022: Bank of India (BOI) is hiring candidates for the Channel Management Partners (CMP) post. CMP (Channel Management Partners) is a retired bank officer (except compulsory retired) in MM-II and above from Bank of India, RRBs sponsored by BOI, or other Public Sector Banks who will be engaged on a contract basis for a period of two years to strengthen the field level functioning and monitoring mechanism of the Business Correspondents.

Note: Only Shortlisted candidates shall be contacted over e-mail by 07.10.2022. The applications without email would be rejected. The process shall be completed by 15.10.2022 and the aggregate result shall be sent to the email Ids of all the Shortlisted candidates.

The eligible candidates would be required to apply on Bank’s prescribed Application Format, duly certified by the concerned employer Bank. Applications received without the Employer Bank Certification will not be considered. The last date to apply is 30.09.2022.

Age Limit for Bank of India Recruitment 2022

The maximum age limit is 62 years.

Eligibility for Bank of India Recruitment 2022

i. Retired Bank officers (except compulsory retired) in MM-II and above from Bank of India, RRBs sponsored by 801 or other Public Sector Banks.

ii. The candidate should have undoubted integrity.

iii. Should not have been subjected to punishment/penalty by the employer Bank during the last five years before his/her retirement.

iv. Cases of CBI or other Law enforcement agencies should not be pending against the applicant.

v. Applicants should be physically fit to carry out the duties of CMP which includes a continuous visit to villages/ KIOSKS and link branches.

vi. Applicants should be able to read, write and speak the local language.

Remuneration for Bank of India Recruitment 2022

The remuneration for the 1st year will be Rs. 12000

The remuneration for the 2nd year will be Rs. 14000.

The remuneration for the 3rd year will be Rs. 16000

The remuneration for the 4th year will be Rs. 18000

The remuneration for the 5th year will be Rs. 19000

Job Profile for Bank of India Recruitment 2022

i. One CMP will monitor 50/60 active BCAs working in the Zone.

ii. CMPs to co-ordinate advise and assist Bank’s officials and work as intermediaries between the Bank and the Business Correspondents/Business Facilitators (BCs/BFs).

iii. Help the Bank in identifying suitable BCs/BFs, assist the Bank in setting key performance areas for the BCs/BFs in terms of the number of deposit accounts and deposit amount, number and type of loans sourced, insurance policies sold and a number of Mutual Funds sold.

iv. Tracking the business sourced by BCs/BFs through the Channel Management Software and creating reports at regular intervals and submission of the same to the Chief Manager (Rural Development)/Zonal Manager at regular intervals.

v. Follow up and report the performance of BC/BF on a regular basis by conducting surprise visits and checking written records.

vi. Help Chief Manager (Rural Development) with calculation and payment of commission at determined rates.

v. Supporting the BCs/BFs for sourcing business and running promotional programs for asset and liability products.

Selection Procedure for Bank of India Recruitment 2022

The selection is based on job suitability and performance in the interview subject to the order of preference mentioned above. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 50% (50 out of 100 marks).
