BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Ministry of Defence, Government of India has invited Applications in Offline Mode from Young Professionals meeting Eligibility for the Project Engineer-I Posts with Posting in Punjab vide the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Dated 22.03.2023 issued on 24.03.2023.
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, there are 09 Vacancies to be filled up on a Temporary Basis with Fixed Monthly Salary/Remuneration. As per the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates with Interest/Willingness to complete the Application Process shall close on 05.04.2023.

According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Un-Reserved Category Candidate should be aged as on 01.03.2023 as follows:
Age Limit: 32 Years
Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates shall be applicable as explained in the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Project Engineer-I post Selection will be entitled to Monthly (Consolidated) Remuneration as follows:
Project Engineer-I: An All-inclusive Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 40000 Per Month for the 1st Year of Engagement Rs. 45000 Per Month in the 2nd Year, Rs. 50000 Per Month in the 3rd Year and Rs. 55000 Per Month in the 4th Year respectively.
According to the BEL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Eligibility comprising both Educational Qualification and Desirable Experience should be as explained hereunder:
Educational Qualification: 04-Years’ Bachelor’s Degree (B.Engg/B.Tech)/B.Sc in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ Communication/ Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Science Accredited University/ Institute.
Experience: Minimum 02 Years.
The Selection Criteria for Project Engineer-I Post, in accordance with the BEL Recruitment 2023 Notification, shall consist of i) Objective-Type Written Selection/Personal Interview. Aggregate 100% Marks for determining the Selection Process will remain in the ratio 85% and 15% for the Written Examination and Interview and will be conducted through Written Test and Interview.
The Candidates post Selection shall be issued initially for 03 Years from the Date of Joining. However, Incumbent’s (Project Engineer-I) Engagement Term shall likely be extended by another 01 Year, i.e., up to Maximum 04 Year subject to Incumbent’s Individual Performance in the Role based on the Bharat Electronics Limited Requirement.
Engagement Term and Remuneration:
The Candidates shall be issued Appointment on Project Engineer-I Posting initially for 03 Years with subsequent Extension of 01 Year, adding up to Total 04-Years Including the Initial Period.
