There are a total of 26 vacancies in Official Notification of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023. Selected Candidates will get a pay scale between Rs. 30000 – Rs. 55000 for the relevant Post. Candidate should be willing to travel extensively throughout India for all field-level activities.

Trainee Engineer: The age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates.
Project Engineer: The age limit should be not more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.

For Trainee Engineers – I: E/B.Tech/B.Sc (4 years course) or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University/ College in the following Engineering disciplines: Electronics/ Computer Science/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical.
For Project Engineers – I: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineer (4 years course) or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University/College in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics/ Computer Science/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering/ Electrical
Trainee Engineer: Trainee Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended up to a maximum of three years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual‟s performance.Will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended up to a maximum of Three years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/- per month for the 1st year, Rs. 35,000/- for the 2nd year, and Rs.40,000/- for the 3rd year.
Project Engineers: Project Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended up to a maximum of Four years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual‟s performance. Will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended up to a maximum of Four years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45,000/- for the 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- for the 3rd year, and Rs. 55,000/- for the 4th year.

Selection will be through a Written Test followed by an interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test) of Bharat Electronics Recruitment 2023. 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category, and, discipline.
