Qualification and Experience for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BHEL Recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experience as mentioned below-

• The applicant must possess AMIE/ BSc. Engg / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline. Any higher technical qualification if any would be preferable.

Experience-

• The applicant should have experience of working for more than 30 years with Indian Railways/Metro Railways.
• Applicant should have at least 5 years experience in Higher Administrative Grade (Level 15 or above) with exposure to Rolling stocks for Indian Railways or Metro segment.
• Out of the above, the applicant should have at least 10 years of experience (cumulative) in the Design, manufacturing & maintenance of LHB Coaches/EMU/MEMU.

Desirable-

• Applicant should have at least 2 years experience in SAP/ERP-based coach management system.
• Applicant should have at least 2 years of experience in designing maintenance facilities.

Tenure for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of BHEL Recruitment 2023, the engagement should be 01 year but may be extended for a period of up to 01 year at a time or the completion of the assignment.

Salary for BHEL Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a consolidated fee of Rs.125000. In addition to this, HRA/ Company accommodation, reimbursement of monthly mobile phone charges, Company transport for official use, etc. shall also be admissible as per the company guidelines.

Selection Process for BHEL Recruitment 2023:
