Posts and Vacancies for BPNL Recruitment 2023:

As per the BPNL Recruitment 2023 Notification, Post-specific 2826 Vacancy Details are as follows:

1) Central Superintendent: 314 Vacancies

2) Assistant Central Superintendent: 628 Vacancies

3) Office Assistant: 314 Vacancies

4) Trainer/Instructor: 942 Vacancies

5) Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 628 Vacancies

Monthly Salary under BPNL Recruitment 2023:

According to the BPNL Recruitment 2023 Notification, Salary specific to the Post shall be deducted for the Individual’s underperforming/non-performance and failure to meeting/fulfilling the Set Target.

After Selection, the Candidates shall be issued Appointments according to the Monthly Salary Payable.

For 1st Post: Rs. 18000 (Rupees Eighteen Thousand) only Per Month

For 2nd and 4th Posts: Rs. 15000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) only Per Month

For 3rd Post: Rs.12000 (Rupees Twelve Thousand) only Per Month

For 5th Post: Rs. 10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) only Per Month

Age Limits for BPNL Recruitment 2023:

Based on the BPNL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Candidates applying for the following Posts should be aged as follows:

1st Post: Minimum 25 Years and Maximum 45 Years

2nd to 4th Posts: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 40 Years

5th Post: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 30 Years

Eligibility for BPNL Recruitment 2023:

According to the BPNL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicants should have gained the following Educational Qualifications with Essential Experience mentioned therein:

Essential Qualifications:

For Central Superintendent Post: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any Duly Recognized University.

For Assistant Central Superintendent Post: Intermediate (10+2) Passout in any discipline from any Duly Recognized Board of Education.

For Office Assistant Post: Intermediate (10+2) Pass out in any discipline from any Duly Recognized Board of Education.

Desirable:

i) Knowledge of English Typewriting.

ii) Desired and Relevant in Office Assistance Duties.

For Trainer/Instructor Post: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture discipline/Or Graduation in Dairy/Or 02-Years’ Diploma in Animal Husbandry from any Duly Recognized University/Equivalent Institute.

For Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Intermediate (10+2) Passed in any discipline from any Duly Recognized Board of Education.

Desirable:

i) Experience in Cleaning and Sweeping and maintaining Sectional Unit.

ii) Experience in attending other Office-related Daily-routine Works.

Selection Criteria under BPNL Recruitment 2023:

Selection for all the Posts excepting Multi-Tasking Staff Post notified in the BPNL Recruitment 2023 Notification will involve 1) Written Test and 2) Interview and 3) Document Verification. Both Written Test and Interview carry 50 Marks each and Totaling 100 Marks.

For Multi-Tasking Staff Post, there shall be no Written Test. Only Interview for 50 Marks shall be organized.

All the Candidates declared Successful in the Written Examination shall have to submit through Mail/Post duly Notarized Individual Stamp Papers for Rs.100 (Rupees One Hundred) only. Only those Candidates, who furnish/submit by Post/Mail Duly Notarized Stamp Papers would be called in for Interviews.

Note: The Staff Persons employed in the Posts, on successfully completing 02 Years shall be paid Travelling Allowance (TA), Dearness Allowance (DA)

1. Central Superintendent Post: Rs.945 (Rupees Nine Hundred Forty-Five) only

2. Central Superintendent Post: Rs.828 (Rupees Eight Hundred Twenty-Eight) only

3. Office Assistant: Rs.708 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Eight) only

4. Trainer/Instructor: Rs.591(Rupees Five Hundred and Ninety-One) only

5. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Rs.472 (Rupees Four Hundred and Seventy-Two) only
