ICMR-NIMR Recruitment 2023: The Office of Director In-Charge, Indian Council of Medical Research-National Institute of Malaria Research (ICMR-NIMR), New Delhi, has invited the Candidates with Applications for Walk-in Interviews Eligible for 02 Contractual Posts; viz., 01) Research Associate; 02) Project Technician-I in New Delhi, Assam and Tripura as notified in the ICMR-NIMR Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
According to ICMR-NIMR Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 10 Vacancies to be filled up on a Short Contractual Basis up under the Project “Malaria Vector Bionomics and Transmission Patterns in areas with Ecotype Change with special reference to Re-established Vector Species, An culicifacies in Assam and Tripura”.
Amongst the Candidates having qualified the Eligibility in reference to Contractual Appointments on Research Associate and Project Technician-I (in the ICMR-National Institute of Malaria Research, Department of Health Research under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India) should complete their respective Applications in the Specimen Format as has been notified in the ICMR-NIMR Recruitment 2023.
The Walk-in-Interviews in respect of the Post Eligible Candidates have been scheduled for 13th, 20th and 25th February 2023 (13/20/25-02.2023). Such Candidates who have convincingly met the Eligibility Criteria for the Opted Post(s), may attend the Walk-in Interviews to be held on different Dates. 01) Research Assistant: Rs. 31000 (Consolidated) (Rupees Thirty One Thousand) only Per Month
02) Project Technician-I: Rs.16000 (Consolidated) (Rupees Sixteen Thousand) only Per Month
Based on the ICMR-NIMR Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicants should be aged for the Posts as follows:
01) Research Assistant: 30 Years
02) Project Technician-I: 25 Years
According to the ICMR-NIMR Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates as Applicants for the following Posts (Research Associate and Project Technician-I) are following:
Research Assistant (Post):
Educational Qualification without/without Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences Subject from any Recognized University Institute with a 03-Years’ Work Experience in the relevant field or Master’s Degree/Post-Graduation in Life Sciences from any Recognized University.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in Molecular Biology, Laboratory Work, etc. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Project Technician (Post):
Educational Qualification without/without Experience: High School/Matriculation or Equivalent from any Government Board/Institution or Recognized Institute with 01-Year’s Experience in Public Health Field Or 01-Year’s Training Certificate in Public Health Field.
Intermediate (12th) Passed with Science Subjects will be considered Equivalent to 02-Years’ Experience.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in Mosquito Collection, Field Survey and/or Experience in Vector Borne Diseases.
Selection on Research Assistant and Project Technician-I Posts shall be conducted on Merit resulting from Written Test followed by Interview after Certificate Verification.
The Candidates appearing for Walk-in-Interview/Personal Discussion must carry together all Original Certificates explained hereunder:
i) Educational Qualification Certificate; ii) Matriculation Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth); iii) Experience Certificates/Testimonials; iv) One-self attested recent Passport-size Photograph; v) Identification Proof; vi) One Set of Self-attested Photocopies of all Documents; VII) Valid Caste Certificate in the Application Format Applicable for applying jobs in the Central Government, wherever applicable;
