Here are some important things that should be noted:
Your old AC will be disposed of safely. The technicians will cut three leads from the compressor tank in front of you. The AC will then be taken to a warehouse and disposed of according to environmental laws.
Tenants: Need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the connection holder
Legal heirs: Need NOC if the connection is in a deceased person’s name
CGHS residents: Need NOC if the connection is in the society’s name
