SAI Recruitment 2023: The Sports Authority of India (SAI), through the Office of Director, Sports and Youth Welfare (SYW), Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) has invited Online Applications from Male Candidates Eligible for the Post Masseur Grade-I on a Contractual Basis. As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up on a Contractual Basis in “Khelo India State Centre of Excellence Bahtari, Bilaspur.
The Suitable Persons recruited on 02-Years’ Contractual Term shall be responsible for offering Consultancy in accordance with the SAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
According to the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible Applicants to complete the Online Application Submission Process is 22nd March 2023 (22.03.2023) in the Sports Authority of India (SAI) is an Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (MYAS), Government of India.
As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up with the Appointment of a Masseur:

Engagement Duration: Initially 02 Years and further Extendable
According to the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicants should have be aged as follows:
Age Limit: Must not have 35 Years
As is notified in the SAI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Suitable Candidate selected for appointment on Masseur Post shall be entitled to a Fixed Remuneration as follows:
Remuneration: Rs.35000 Per Month
According to the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicant should have the following Eligibility including Basic and Higher Qualifications, Work Experience, etc.
A.i) Educational Qualification: Pass 10+2/Intermediate from any Board of Education/Inter- University;
ii) With a Certificate Course/Skill Development Program for Masseur/Masseuse/Massage Therapy/Sports Masseur/Masseuse from any duly Recognized Institution.
B) Work Experience: Minimum 02-Years’ Experience working as Masseur/Masseuse.
Desirable: Diploma in Massage Therapy
The Selection Criteria in accordance with the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification involves Shortlisting. The Candidates shortlisted for Interview would be screened with Due Weightage as follows:
a) Higher Educational Qualification: 10 Marks
b) Total Work Experience: 10 Marks
c) Work Experience in Sports Establishment: 10 Marks
The Interview shall carry 50 Marks
The Candidates called in for Interview would be assessed/evaluated with Maximum 100 Marks, as follows:
i) Domain Expertise and Practical Knowledge: 20 Marks
ii) Aptitude for working in any Sports Organization: 10 Marks
iii) Soft Skills: 10 Marks
iv) Knowledge in Allied Sports Science Disciplines: 10 Marks
The Candidates to be selected on Masseur Post on a Contractual Basis shall be issued an Appointment initially for 02-Years. However, the Contractual Engagement stands further Extendable subject to the Individual’s Satisfactory Performance, Periodic Reviews, Result-orientation, etc. The Contractual Engagement is liable to be Co-terminus with the Director, Sports & Youth Welfare by serving a 30 Days’ Notice by Either Side.
