IREL Recruitment 2023: 71 Vacancies, Check Posts, Qualifications, Eligibility and How to Apply
IREL Recruitment 2023: IREL (India) Limited, Chavara, Kerala, has invited in the shape of the Online Applications and Soft Copy from the Candidates Eligible with Interest in 05 Apprenticeships of 1) Trade Apprentices, 2) Graduate Apprentices, 3) Technician Apprentices, 4) General Stream Students and 5) Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) notified through this IREL Recruitment 2023 Notification. According to the IREL Recruitment 2023 issued, there are 71 Vacancies/Slots to be filled up with Selection under Trade Apprentices, Graduate Apprentices, Technician Apprentices, General Stream Students and Vocational Higher Secondary Education Streams.
Based on the IREL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible Candidates with Interest shall close on 10th March 2023 (10.03.2023).
Based on the IREL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Total 71 Vacancies/Slots to be filled up are as explained hereunder:
01) Trade Apprentices: 41 Slots
02) Graduate Apprentices: 13 Slots
03) Technician Apprentice: 08 Slots
04) General Stream Students: 08 Slots
05) Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE): 01 Slot
Slots: Total 71
Trade Apprenticeship Duration:
I) Trade Apprenticeship: 01 Year and 1½ Years Duration
II) Graduate Apprentices, Technician Apprentices, General Stream Students and Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE): 01 Year
The Trade Apprentices/Graduate Apprentices/Technician Apprentices/General Stream Students and VHSE Apprentices, post-Selection into the Trade shall be paid the Fixed Stipend applicable to them.
According to the IREL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the General Merit Candidates should be aged as follows:
I) Un-Reserved Candidates should be Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 25 Years.
II) Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits Applicable to Reserved Community Candidates shall be as explained therein.
According to the IREL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates applying for Apprenticeships should have the following Educational Qualifications:
1) Trade Apprentices: ITI Trade Certificate in the relevant Trade duly recognized by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)/State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT).
2) Graduate Apprentices: B.Tech/B.Engg in the relevant Trade.
3) Technician Apprentices: Diploma in Stream concerned.
4) General Stream Students: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science.
5) Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE): VHSE in Medical Lab Technology.
Only Candidates having fulfilled the Eligibility Criteria with reference to the Educational Qualification, Marks obtained, Age Mandatory Age, etc., would be considered for Engagement as Apprentices on the basis of the Merit determined by taking into account the Marks scored in the Specified Educational Qualification, subject to being found “Medically Fit” by IREL (I) Limited appointed Medical Officers.
In the case of the TIE, Higher Marks of the Specified Educational Qualification would be taken into consideration, if both happen to be in Tie, then Seniority in the Birth-Date will be considered for Selection for Admission.
Selection Process
Based on the IREL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates should complete the Application Submission Before or On 10.03.2023, the Last Date.
The Eligible Engineering Graduates Apprentices with the Desirable Eligibility for 01 Year’s Apprenticeship Training under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) should have been compulsorily Registered on/through the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT).
The Candidates must have
i) registered their respective Names at the Ministry of Human Resource Development National Apprenticeship Training Scheme Website.
ii) registered their respective names at the Ministry of Education (Government of India) Board of Practical Training Website.
Post-Registration on MHRDNATS Portal with the Registration Number, all the Registered Candidates should fill out the Form (Annexures) to be sent together with the Required Documents in the form of a Soft Copy of the Online Application.
All Interested Candidates should complete the Application Submission Process with Duly filled in Application Forms in the Proforma (preferably typewritten on A4 Size Paper) with the Passport-size Photographs on the Spaced and all supporting Documents to be sent in an Envelope super scribed “Application for Engagement of Apprentice against Notification No. …………………. to be sent to
