Tenure for BSF Recruitment 2024:

In order to apply for BSF Recruitment 2024, the period of deputation including ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in some other organization or departments shall ordinarily not exceed 03 years.

Eligibility Criteria for BSF Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of BSF Recruitment 2024, the eligibility criteria for the mentioned post is listed below.

For Inspector (Foreman General)-

• From amongst the Foreman Pay Level-6 from the Government of India Press or the State Government Press failing which, Section Holder (Case) in Pay Level-5 with five years regular service in the grade from Government of India Press or the State Government Press.

For Sub Inspector (Foreman Printing and Binding)-

• The candidate should have Section Holder (cash/Machine) Time -checker (Cash-machine) in Pay Level-5 from any Government of India Press or the State Government Press falling which, Machineman with The candidate should have six years regular service in the Grade with pay level-5 from any Government of India Press or the state Government Press.

For Sub Inspector (Proof Reader)-

From amongst officers of Central government or State Government or Union territories of Semi-Government organization :-

• The candidate should have holding analogous posts on regular basis, or;
• The candidate should have with six years regular service in pay level-5, and;
• The candidate should have Degree or Equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent with English and Hindi as compulsory or elective subject.
• The candidate should have three years experience in proof reading from an authorised Printing Press or Newspaper office and knowledge of printing work.
• The candidate must possess medical category SHAPE-1
