Both stock exchanges have imposed a fine of Rs 15.45 lakh, including GST, on the company. This means the total penalty imposed by NSE and BSE comes to around Rs 30.91 lakh. The company received the notices through email on September 15, 2026.

In its disclosure, Burnpur Cement said that the company is currently under the management of an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC) and is already facing serious financial difficulties.
