CBDT extends the time for linking PAN with Aadhaar till 30th June, 2018

CBDT extends the time for linking PAN with Aadhaar till 30th June, 2018 : CBDT extends the time for linking PAN with Aadhaar till 30th June, 2018 videOrder under Section 119 of the Income-tax Act. 1961 .
Earlier the last date of linking Aadhar with PAN card was 31st March 2018.

CBDT extends the time for linking PAN with Aadhaar till 30th June
The Supreme Count on 13th March 2018 issued an interim order extending thedeadline for linking Aadhaar numbers to bank accounts, mobile phone numbers, passports and other services indefinitely beyond the previous deadline of March 31 2018.
It can be understood that CBDT’s order came in wake of supreme court’s Judgement.
This is a fourth extension given by the CBDT to individuals to link their Permanent Account Number (PAN) with their Aadhaar.
